CASSEROLES

EASY AND FAST PORK 'N BEANS CASSEROLE

Can be made ahead of time, doubled and /or frozen, etc...

2 regular size Cans of Pork & Beans
1/2 C Ketchup and 1/2 C Water
1/2 C Brown Sugar (firmly packed in cup)
1/2 C finely Chopped Onions
a pinch of Garlic
1 pound of pre-cooked, finely ground, Beef Hamburger

Mix well and put in casserole dish. Bake till bubbly (350*)
Fast, easy and tasty served with a salad.



Baked Spaghetti
Sauté:
2 chopped Onions
½ lb ground Hamburger
2 ½ C Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
Add 1 small can Tomato Sauce
½ C sliced Olives
Break ½ lb of Spaghetti Noodles and put them in a casserole dish.
Pour ½ of the sauce over the noodles sprinkle with ½ C cheese, then pour the rest of the sauce over the cheese and then add another ½ C cheese.
Bake in a covered dish at 350* for 30 min. Then uncover the dish for 15 more min.


Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Grate ½ lb Cheddar Cheese and set aside

Cook:
2 C Macaroni in 2 quarts of boiling water add
¾ tsp. Salt
Cook and drain water
Place noodles in greased casserole dish

For Sauce:
Melt 4 Tbs Butter
2 tsp. grated Onion
3 Tbs Flour
½ tsp. Salt
2 C Milk
Cook the sauce slowly, once heated add ¾ of the Cheddar Cheese to melt.
Pour over macaroni noodles and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 400* for 25 min.
