PASTA/RICE

Black Beans and Rice

Boil rice and 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots.

Combine:
2 C Black Beans drained and washed
1 C Chicken Broth
1 C Ham cubed
1 chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 tsp oregano and cumin
Cook for 12 mins.
Serve over Rice


Spaghetti Pizza

Cook 7 oz spaghetti or macaroni
Mix 1/2 C milk
1 egg beaten
add to spaghetti and spread on oiled 14 oz pizza pan
Pour over Spaghetti:
1 Can Pizza sauce and 1/2 pound browned Hamburger
add to top: chopped onions, pepper, olives, mushrooms
top with 1/2 pound of grated Cheese
Bake at 350* for 35 mins
