COOKIES

SHEET PAN COOKIES

2 C Brown Sugar
3 C Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Beaten Eggs
1 C Salad Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dissolve: 1 tsp. Baking Soda in 1 C Hot Water

Mix all together beat add chips or raisins. Bake on greased cookie sheet. Ice with 1 1/2 C powdered sugar. Add Hot water and mix. Ice while cake is hot.
