APPLESAUCE COOKIES

Cream: 1 C Shortening
2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 C Applesauce Mix well.
Add:
4 C Flour
2 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp. Cloves
Add nuts and raisins
Drop scoops onto greased cookie sheet and Bake at 350* for 5 min.
