BANANA SHAKES

2 sliced Bananas
2 C Skim Milk
2 C nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 C Pineapple Juice
1 Tbs Honey
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
