Cream together:
½ C Shortening
1 ½ C. Sugar
2 Eggs
Stir in:
1C Sour Cream
½ tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
Sifr and add:
2 ¾ C Flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Powder
Variations: Add:
1 C shredded coconut, 2 suares melted baking chocolate, 1 C nuts
Drop on cookie sheet bake at 350* for 8-10 min.
