CARROT CAKE

3 C grated Carrots
2 C Sugar
4 Eggs
1 C Wesson Oil
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 C Flour
1/3 tsp. Salt
Mix sugar, Wesson oil and eggs beat well. Add carrots and dry ingredients.
Bake 350* for 35 min. Pour into greased cake pan.
When cake is cooled frost.
Frosting:
2 ½ C Powdered Sugar
½ square Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
2-3 tsp. Cream
¼ tsp. Salt
